1967 Ford Mustang Fastback Restomod

SOLD For USD $105,000

SEMA-Displayed, 347-Powered 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback 5-Speed

This 1967 Ford Mustang began as a C-code fastback, and it was refurbished and modified in 2021 for the SEMA show by Sin City Muscle Cars. The body was fitted with Shelby-style details and refinished metallic blue with white stripes, and the car rides on a modified suspension with tubular front control arms, a four-link rear end, and Alden American coilovers. Four-wheel disc brakes, Borgeson quick-ratio power steering, and staggered 17″ Weld Racing wheels were also used. Power comes from a 347ci stroker V8 with forged pistons, AFR heads, and a Holley carburetor, and it is linked to a Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission with a hydraulic clutch and a Ford 9″ rear end with 3.90 gears. The interior was also customized with two-tone upholstery, bucket seats, a center console, a tilt column, air conditioning, and modern gauges. Acquired by the seller in 2024 and previously offered on BaT in August 2025, this modified Mustang is now offered in California with a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC.

The body has been modified with Shelby-style details including an integrated rear spoiler, side scoops, a front valance with an intake, and a hood scoop. Billet grilles were also used, and the car was repainted metallic blue with white stripes.

The car rides on a modified suspension with tubular front control arms, a four-link rear end, and Alden American coilovers. Four-wheel disc brakes, Borgeson quick-ratio power steering, and staggered 17″ Weld Racing wheels were also installed. In April 2026, the rear tires were downsized, and longer ARP rear-hub studs were fitted to accommodate wheel spacers. Additionally, the power-steering pressure hose was replaced, and a replacement emergency-brake system was installed.

Custom two-tone upholstery covers the bucket seats, center console, and dashboard. Vintage Air climate control was installed along with a tilt column and an aftermarket steering wheel. Dynamat insulation was fitted under the carpeting, and the door panels and trunk also have custom treatments, and USB ports are fitted. There is no radio.

New Vintage gauges were installed as well as a custom-wrapped steering wheel. Under current ownership, the oil-pressure gauge and sensor were replaced. The seller has added ~200 of the 475 miles indicated, which represents the distance driven since completion of the build.

The 347ci stroker V8 is topped by a Holley carburetor mounted on an Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake manifold. It features forged pistons, a COMP Cams camshaft, hydraulic roller rockers, ported AFR heads, and MSD ignition. The DeWitts aluminum radiator is cooled by dual electric fans, and headers are linked to the dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. A Monte Carlo bar was also installed. Service in preparation for the sale included rebuilding the carburetor, adjusting the timing, and rewiring the charging system as well as replacing the battery, spark plugs, and ignition wires.

The Tremec TKO five-speed manual transmission has a hydraulic clutch conversion, and the reinforced Ford 9″ rear end has 3.90 gears. Additional work in April 2026 included welding a crack in the differential housing along with adjusting the clutch linkage and replacing the rear axle-flange gaskets and wheel-bearing seals.
